Feedforward offers several advantages over traditional feedback. With feedback, someone projects their opinion onto a recipient, to which the recipient reacts subjectively based on their own basic assumptions. In this respect, feedback hardly ever achieves the desired result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implementation in practice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Make a change request for yourself to the people you trust. You will see what group dynamics you spark!
